To ensure that towels absorb water from the beginning of use even without washing, the towels are tested for water absorbency twice, once by floating a piece of towel in water and seeing if it sinks within 5 seconds (not washed) and once by washing it 3 times.
If it sinks quickly, it means that it absorbs water quickly.
The product has also passed numerous other certification standards, including tests for fluffing, color fading, and durability.
